Hello. I’m Mike and I’m a StressReleaseCoach.com.

I do telephone coaching for High Performance individuals who need to get through their thoughts and focus on their Inner power.

I can’t possibly talk to everybody who needs stress release now so I have created this multi-part free program so that the destructive energies of fear, stress and chaos can be controlled many ways. You can read this first part and then go to Part 2 for additional free material. It’s simple, it’s easy and YES you can do it.

Right from the start, I want you to think differently about stress.
Shifting your belief can net you an immediate 21% decrease in stress.
Can you imagine how great you would feel if you and everyone around in your daily activities had a 21% decrease in stress right now? WOW! Wouldn’t that be wonderful.

Belief in yourself is paramount. Rigidity can be crippling.
Like many of you, I always had to get things exactly right and
do things the exact right way and at the exact right time.

I still do that but when I feel the tension building up too much,
I just say “I’m done, Let’s approach things differently and do something else.”
I would like you to consider that also.

But of course there are many reasons that prevent you from doing that and to them all I say is, are you sure?
In the musical Annie there is a great song. “The sun will come out tomorrow.”
It is very true if you are here to see it or not. Stress can kill you.

Please approach everything in a joyful way. Playfulness takes the edge off and allows you to be open to the greatness that life has to offer.
I invite you to smile and play and enjoy and at the same time become more productive. Knowing you have a choice is huge when if comes to stress.
Choice gives you the feeling of control that allows you to position yourself in alignment with the good that you want without sacrificing anything.

Choosing the timing of events minimizes stress and maximizes the potential outcome from every effort. When this is your constant natural way of coping, you will stay at the minimal level of stress and a maximum level of receptivity and productivity.

Notice that as you read this program with a feeling of choice, your stress is already diminishing.

Choose sections of this program that interest you most or go to Part 2. When you are relaxed you will instinctively choose the perfect sections that will benefit you. And when you feel complete, you are.

Choosing is fun and giving yourself permission is being respectful of yourself and thereby empowering.

This program is intended as a tool that you will be moved to share.

If you want to benefit others with this message of hope, give copies of this program to everyone in your world and they can begin to decrease some of your stress without you doing anything.

Here is the list of five ideas that I want to introduce in Part One of this program;

YES we have a lot to talk about in just Part One so let’s start at the beginning.

Section 1 - The importance of WHEN your stress really started and how to find out.

Let’s consider for a moment that our memory is a huge video recorder which records the events of our lives. We can then see the possibility that somewhere there could be a glitch in the tape or a blip in the DVD that causes everything else to be slightly off from that point forward.

Something like that can happen to us. Finding the time of the cause has helped me to assist a number of people to connect with their “old” yet current stressors and revisit their energetic charge on an experience. When we can approximate the time and cause of the stress, there is a lot more perspective about how to approach the release and find the peace.

The time of the Cause can be found a number of ways. I use Dowsing and Reiki as my methods and I find it absolutely amazing when in a couple of minutes I say “ what happened when you were___years old.” And the person says “Oh nothing “ and then their mental wheels crank and their face shows recognition and they begin an internal healing process. Their secret is still safe as they reexamine their situation. If they wish, I can help them with energy blockage pullouts to accelerate the release.

You can ask the same questions that I do and find the answers through meditation and/or prayer. Check Part 2 for the process of narrowing that I use. It will be called the “Age of Cause”

Knowing when your original stressor started is a huge benchmark for future reference.

Section 2. Highlighting the awesome power that you have to change your world.

You have been dealt a hand in life.
If you are not Royalty, You may not like it.

If you don’t like it,
Get Real and Change the Deal

Drop the “’T” off “I can’t” and make it “I can”

It’s your life, you are in charge and you are the dealer
Shuffle the cards and begin to play within your own rules.

But how you say – “Can I change things?”
That’s simple:
You change things by thinking about them differently.

Start walking on the path to Release.
Acknowledge how you feel
Undo the lock that stress has on you by owning your feelings and
asking for help.
Who do you ask?

You may wish to say “God Help Me change.”
You may not. Some people understand about God, whoever and whatever you believe God to be, and others just don’t.
I believe that you can change things a lot easier with God’s help but
That is not for everyone so I cover many techniques. You always have a choice in life even when it feels that you do not.

When you want to change your life,
I suggest that you tap in to the awesome power of your own mind.

You can take action now.
You can decide to make things different now.
Now is the time to make things as different as you choose.

Frequently when you are encouraged to change, the next sentence is a commercial for toothpaste, deodorant or something else.
The good news is, You can change without buying a bunch of products.

In Part 2, I have listed some great authors that have the information to start you on the right path. I recommend that you visit the full list. Some of the authors are Louise Hay, Abraham Hicks, Wayne Dyer, Brian Tracy, DeePak Chopra, Andrew Weil, Dr. OZ, Dr. Ian Gawler, Petrea King and many other self help authors. Their ideas are powerful.

As you go through the books and your options in life, let your heart be your guide. Use your heart like a compass to find the path to your highest good.

Many know that books and tapes have the answers to many of their problems. The thing that is little understood is that reading and listening aren’t enough. Reading and listening gets you the concepts that you need to use but then YOU and you alone must activate, do, plan, strive, struggle, create and in some manner manifest the action necessary to bring the answers to life.

That brings us to-
Section 3 Sharing about techniques to quickly diminish your stress level.

Release that which you don’t want in your life. Create what you do want and see or visualize that as being already real.

You may wish to change yourself.

Project what you want to be for everyone to see.

Most of us want love or acceptance or recognition at some level.
Unfortunately, Many look for it in pills or bottles or needles – all at a huge financial, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual expense.

YOU WILL NOT FIND LOVE, ACCEPTANCE OR
RECOGNITION AT ANY PRICE IN THE NEGATIVE ECAPES
BECAUSE ALL THE POSITIVE THINGS ARE FREE. ALL YOU
NEED TO DO IS STOP TRYING TO HOARD THEM AND JUST
GIVE THEM AWAY and they will come back!

It is said that –
“When you give away love, you double it.”
“When you share your pain, you cut it in half.”

I believe that if you do both, you change your whole life.

I invite you to take charge of your life. Think about how you can.

YOUR THOUGHTS HAVE AWESOME POWER

They are something special. Every thought has power.

You would be wise to watch the thoughts that run through your
mind because they are so powerful. Whether any thought is good or bad depends upon what it means to you, how you received it, whether you empowered it and how you left it.

The decision to act on thoughts is a decision. Doing nothing is also a decision. Many great thoughts have come and many more will come. The question is, what will you do with them? Are you maximizing your potential to heal, help and nurture the world? Or, are you selfishly waiting to take advantage of someone for your personal enrichment?

Try to grab the good thoughts. Release the bad ones. Your
thoughts are powerful. Please use them for good. I invite you to be as
great as your thoughts are.

Oh I know the power of your thoughts and I don’t even know you.
I have always felt that the answer is in the thinking. I have pursued the understanding of that technically by attending the “Power of Thought” School at the Ozark Research Institute in Fayetteville Arkansas. WOW! What a place! They teach you that not only do you create in your own world but in the world. They helped me discover the elegant simplicity of the answer. You create with your thoughts. It is as if you could put a blank canvas in front of you and create beautiful pictures with each thought and your name just happened to be Picasso. A masterpiece from one simple thought. What are you thinking now? What are you creating now?

If you are not satisfied with you current thinking, you may want

Section 4– Helping you Create a powerful loving environment for yourself.

Options would Include:

  1. Romancing your spouse.
  2. Spending time with your kids.
  3. Spend time with your birth family including parents, sisters, brothers.
  4. Spend time with your extended family.
  5. Participate/Volunteer in community organizations and events.
  6. Yap with a friend on the phone. Talking is a powerful way of expressing yourself and releasing pent up stress.
  7. Visit the sick and elderly.
  8. Visit the children in Children’s Hospital and schools.
  9. Play with your pets.
  10. Do what makes your Heart sing:
    a. Spa time, Hair dresser etc.
    b. Get a Massage or Bodywork
    c. Take a mental health day.
    d. Paint / write / sculpt / dream / compose / meditate / pray/visualize / plan / Garden
  11. Learn self help techniques like:
    a. Reiki –God’s Great Gift is a Laying on of Hands as referenced in the Bible and much    more. Learn it in a weekend and use it for life.
    b. Emotional Freedom Technique helps you take charge of your anxieties, fears and phobias by tapping on your energy meridians. It can easily be self-applied in a moment of emotional crisis.

  12. Be responsible for yourself.

    It is important to remember that you are not responsible for anyone else. Your first duty is to your own self. While you can nurture and support others, you need to recognize that your first priority is your own health and healing .

Section 5. Equipping you with the knowledge that nothing has more power than your thought process about it.

The inclination is to be fearful of challenges because they trigger all the anxiety and limitations of life. I encourage you to be totally disrespectful of fear. I invite you to realize that the playful self can be a whole lot more effective in problem solving. God has a sense of humor. S/he created all of us. As you go forward, see how easy everything becomes when you are light about it. After all, it is said that Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly. I don’t know whether you can fly but I do know that with the right attitude, you can soar to new heights in your personal achievements. It is ok to fail as long as you are learning and growing.. Your inner wisdom will always tell you to love, comfort, nurture and heal the self. In order to do this you must, first and foremost, BELIEVE in yourself,

Be prepared to laugh at yourself. When things happen that are bothersome, you might laugh or you might cry. Laughter is the better option because it diffuses the energy in a very positive way. Yes, there are times for sorrow but too many people wallow in sadness when it simply is unproductive.
Even in times of the loss and sorrow of losing a loved one, we can find laughter and solace in the joy that we remember from their gift to us that was called their life. Grief is a normal reaction to loss and when we are ready, laughter is the way to celebrate the life that enhanced ours. Remember when they said or did that thing that was so great.

After appreciating their gift to your life, remember to appreciate your life.

Look in the mirror and see God’s creation.

Aren’t you beautiful. Even if you don’t think so, God does.
Besides being beautiful, you are perfect. You are the perfect you.

And you also have many choices. If you would like to polish the Diamond that you are,
Start by releasing any thought that no longer serves you. Pay attention to the words that reactively spring in to your mind. Do you like the thoughts that say things like:
You are ugly.
You are fat.
You are stupid.
You are worthless,
You are useless etc.
A great man named Jose Silva taught a concept simply called “Cancel Cancel”. The idea is whenever you say something that you do not wish to keep or attract, you simply say “Cancel Cancel” which programs your other than conscious mind to ignore and eliminate that saying from your present and future reality.

Many people go through life believing negative programming put there by others. To complicate things, some people also put negative things there themselves. Your mind is like a computer. If you don’t like the program, replace it

YOU ARE YOUR OWN COMPUTER OPERATOR.

YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF YOUR PROGRAMING.

What Programs would you like to replace in your life?

Make it so.

Polish the diamond that you are.

You have so much potential.

You are wonderful.

Listen to what you say and be ready to say “Cancel Cancel”
